In a very nice and quiet neighborhood, 2,5 km from the center and 2,5 km from the beach. Good public transport. + inclusive: gas water electricity, heating, maintenance, cable TV signal and fast internet. + The deposit of 2 month can be payed within 2weeks after checking in. It will be returned after checking out, minus -if there are any- costs for damage, cleaning, taxes etc. + You just need your toothbrush and toothpaste to move in! + We have a non smoking and no drugs policy in the building. + Parking on the street is possilbe with a parking permit for appr. 65€/12 months. + Registration of 1-2 persons is no problem!...
